Our idyllic mountain chalet Geitau 21 consists of a spacious main house, which is exclusively yours, and a small extra building where our on-site manager resides. He will be there to hand over the keys and ensure everything runs smoothly – but you’ll enjoy full privacy and have the entire main house all to yourselves. This listing refers to the exclusive use of the main house and the outdoor area – a true private retreat just for you. The space G21 – Your Mountain Hideaway Based in the heart of the Alps, just one hour south of Munich, our lovingly designed Chalet Geitau 21 offers an exclusive setting for get-togethers, team retreats, family celebrations, or weekends with friends – all with the comfort of overnight accommodation. When you book with us, the entire chalet is exclusively yours – a secluded sanctuary surrounded by mountains, forests, and wide open skies. Celebrate in Harmony with Nature Yes, music is allowed – as long as it stays within legal volume limits. From 10:00 PM onwards, strict quiet hours apply outdoors, meaning you can: Relax around the fire, Play low-volume music via a small Bluetooth speaker, Or continue your evening indoors by the fireplace. Important: After 10 PM, windows must remain closed to prevent music from escaping outside. Please be respectful of the environment – that’s how we ensure G21 remains a place where future guests can create just as many unforgettable memories. Flexible Sleeping Options Instead of Fixed Room Assignments Since our concept is tailored to groups, we currently don’t guarantee fixed room layouts until end of October 2025. Instead, we guarantee a set number of sleeping spaces, which may include beds or premium mattresses – all equipped with new Emma mattresses, fresh linens, cozy duvets, and pillows. There are always at least two bathrooms available – so even larger groups can stay comfortably. Ground Floor Sofa Bed 1 single bed (100 × 200 cm) A practical extra sleeping option in the shared living area. Bedroom 1 – Ground Floor with New Bathroom 1 bunk bed (2× 90 × 200 cm) + 2 single beds (100 × 200 cm each) 4 total sleeping spaces with direct access to a modern, newly renovated bathroom. Bedroom 2 – Ground Floor with Charming Older Bathroom 1 double bed (180 × 200 cm) + 1 single bed (100 × 200 cm) Cozy and ideal for couples or small families. Bedroom 1 – Upper Floor with Private Lounge (no private bathroom until end of October) 1 double bed (180 × 200 cm) A peaceful retreat with an adjoining sitting area for added comfort. Bedroom 2 – Upper Floor with Older Bathroom 1 double bed (180 × 200 cm) + 2 single beds (100 × 200 cm each) Spacious and perfect for families or close friends. Guest access You will have access to the entire main house and the expansive outdoor area, including a sun meadow for yoga and other activities. There is a large courtyard with a fire pit, barbecue area, and mountain views. the side house is used by our staff members. Other things to note A security deposit of €100 per person is required at the latest upon arrival.
