Berto's house

Experience one of the most beautiful and unusual villages in the Venice lagoon as a traveler, not as a guest. You can enjoy your experience by cycling and immersing yourself in the wonderful nature of the salt marshes, or get to the sea in 5 minutes. The long golden beach, the dunes, the pine forest, the bike paths, the salt marshes, the fishing valleys and the vegetable gardens. Cavallino Treporti represents the top of open-air tourism in Europe, a peninsula between the sea and the lagoon and close to Venice. The space Berto's house is located in the charming historic center of Treporti. The house is structured as follows: two bright and comfortable bedrooms, one double and one single, two bathrooms, a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, and an open kitchen. In total, 5 people can stay comfortably; there is the possibility of adding a portable cot for babies. The property has been recently renovated, all the facilities are new, the air conditioning is very quiet. The surface area is about 75 square meters. The large garden offers an ideal outdoor space to relax with the possibility of taking advantage of the garden furniture, for an outdoor breakfast/lunch/dinner. The location is central and convenient, well connected with services and public transport nearby. In addition, Berto's house has a fenced parking lot inside the garden for safe parking of the car. Restaurants, bars, pastry shop, deli and grocery store are less than 150 meters from the house. A pleasant walk of about 10 minutes to get to the boat stop for the islands of Burano, Murano Torcello and Venice. The beach can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot. Upon request, if available, I offer free use of bicycles, or in the nearby village you can rent them. Guest access Guests of Berto's house will be able to access through two gates, a larger one to park the car and a smaller one on the pedestrian side to access the apartment directly. There are only two steps to enter, which makes Berto's house ideal for elderly people and families with children. In the back there is a French window with direct access to the garden. Other things to note In the house, guests will find mosquito repellent kits, hairdryers, irons, towels, shampoo, and bath foam. The first aid kit is in the bathroom cabinet.
