Convenient transportation, near Bangna Expressway and Udomsuk BTS Station, and near shopping areas. The room is located at Building A, 3rd floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 closed kitchen, size 30.56 sq.m. When you open the door, the first part is the dining area and living room, open the window to see the outside view. On the right is the closed kitchen and balcony for drying clothes. On the left is the bedroom, you can open the curtains to see the view. The bathroom is at the end of the hallway. The equipment includes a Digital Door Lock, Video Door Phone, a complete kitchen counter, cups, plates, spoons, glasses, electric stove, range hood, sink, bed, wardrobe, sofa, air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, water heater/hot water, microwave, washing machine, bed sheet set with blanket, pillow, 2 towels (everything in the room can be used. If you want anything else in the room, you have to prepare it yourself.) Before entering the condo, the security guard booth blocks the entrance and exit with a swing. You have to tap the key card to open it for those who drive. For those who walk, the condo has a golf cart service to pick up and drop off from the front of the building to the entrance of the condo. But the golf cart service ends at 9:00 PM. In Building A, there is a lobby for sitting and resting. On the right is a mail box with a glass door that opens. You need a key card. There are 2 passenger elevators. All 5 buildings of the accommodation are residential buildings. The other 2 separate buildings are 9-story and 11-story parking buildings. Once discovered, we will call the police immediately! ! ★Questions and Answers about the property★ Q: Is the condo and area safe? A: Very safe! The condo is located on Sukhumvit Road at the end of Bangna Intersection, Udomsuk area. Suitable for those who want to relax or work, whether you come alone or as a couple, family and friends. You have to swipe your card to enter and exit the condo and take the elevator (each card can only go to your room floor and public floors). The condo has CCTV and 24-hour security. Q: How do I get the key card and check in? A: ★You will need to check in by yourself★ We will inform you how to get the key card so that you can collect the key card by yourself. For security reasons, we will send you a check-in guide 1 day before your check-in date and make sure your booking is OK. Q: Do I need to show an ID card to check in? A: Yes. According to the Thai Immigration Bureau regulations, all guests staying at the hotel are required to provide passport/ID. If you book our accommodation, you will be required to show a passport/ID photo before check-in. If you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to welcome you, as it is a requirement of the Thai government. Thank you for your cooperation. Q: What are the check-in and check-out times? A: ★Check-in after 15:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM.★ If you want to check in early, please contact me directly. *You can check in anytime after 15:00 PM.* Q: Do you have luggage storage? A: We are not a hotel and do not offer luggage storage. Q: How many key cards are provided? A: ★We only provide one key card.★If you lose it, we will charge a lost key card fee of 500 baht per key card. *If you need an additional key card, you will need to pay a key card deposit of 1,000 baht. If you return the key card, we will refund you the deposit of 500 baht. The other 500 baht is for making an additional key card. If you lose the key card, we will extend the entire deposit. Q: What should I do if I forget my key card in the room or lose/damage it during my stay? A: Please keep your room card safe and do not fold or drop it. If lost/damaged, you will be charged 1,000 THB to request a new room card. ★If you forget your room card in the room, please do not leave the floor and contact us immediately. We will send you the room access code. If you leave the floor and need our assistance on-site, there is a fine of 200 THB per time.★ Q: How can I park my car? A: ★We have parking in the condo building P1 and P2, but you have to pay a 200 baht car sticker fee and you can only park 1 room per 1 parking space. ★And a 500 baht deposit for the card to be scanned by the security guard. We will only have 1 card for you to scan by the security guard. If you lose it, we will keep the 500 baht deposit. If you return the full card, we will refund the deposit to you after you check out. *You can park your motorcycle/bicycle for free at the designated parking lot in the condo building P1 and P2 on the 1st floor only. Q: How many beds are there in the room? A: The bedroom has one 5-foot bed (there is a sofa in the living room). ★This room reservation is suitable for 2 people★ Q: What is in the room? A: Towels/Hair dryer/Iron/Hangers/Microwave/Refrigerator/Air conditioner/TV/Basic dining utensils and kitchenware (For hygiene reasons, we do not provide condiments/No slippers/No personal items) **Everything in the room is available for you to use. If you need anything else in the room, you have to provide it yourself.** Q: How do I get around the condo? A: Traveling by private car – Sukhumvit Road is the main road used to get into the inner city. I won’t talk about traffic because during rush hour, it’s quite convenient to travel during the day. The U-turn point to get into the city is at Bangna Intersection, 300 meters from the project. Another interesting road is Bangna-Trad. You can travel on Srinakarin – Kanchanaphisek – Suvarnabhumi conveniently. Or if you drive along Sukhumvit Outbound, it’s only 2 more BTS stations from Bearing to Samut Prakan. The expressway entrance is on Sanphawut Road near Bangna Intersection. Traveling by public transport – There is the Udomsuk BTS Station, which is within walking distance. The total distance is 650 meters, 300 meters from the building to the project, and 350 meters from the project to the station. It’s okay to walk in the morning or evening, but if it’s very sunny, you’ll need to bring an umbrella. Other options on the main road in front of the project are taxis, buses, or motorcycle taxis. If you need to clean the room or change towels/bedsheets, we will help you book a cleaning service from a cleaning company for 1,200 baht per time, and you must make an appointment three days in advance. ★Cleaning service provided by housekeeper★ ★Different from Airbnb and hotels, we do not provide consumables for you. You must provide them yourself.★ (e.g. drinking water, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.) Q: Can I smoke in the room or on the balcony? A: ★Smoking/smoking marijuana/smoking cannabis is prohibited in the room and balcony corridor. Please go to the smoking area downstairs designated by the condo. If you smoke/smoke marijuana/smoking cannabis inside the building, you will be fined 5,000 baht. If there is a strange smell in the room after check-out, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 baht. ★ Q: What should I consider when using public facilities during my stay? A: Please use the facilities during business hours (08:00-21:00). Please strictly follow the rules of use. Do not bring any drinks/food into the common areas such as the swimming pool and fitness center.
