Located 200 meters from the center of Marques Avenue Troyes factory outlets, and a short walk from amenities (Intermarché 1 min), 1 km from the cycle path you can explore the department according to the seasons. You will be charmed by the city center of Troyes and the cocooning environment of this gîte. Perfectly enclosed land. Dedicated fast charging socket available for your electric cars (€5/day). On the ground floor: you will discover a very nice fully-equipped kitchen, the living room with its office area, board games, a separate toilet, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each of which is composed of two 90 x 200 cm beds that can be pushed together. The exterior has a beautiful terrace with its pergola, quality garden furniture.
