Sea Crest Surf & Racquet Club is conveniently located across the street from Coligny Plaza and 5 minute walk to the beach! This is the perfect location for your family or adult vacation getaway. The loft + one bedroom condo is located on the 5th floor (2 elevators, one at each end of the building), primary suite has a queen bed and full bath, the loft bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV in each bedroom and one in the living room, living room has a pull out double bed, and a nice size balcony overlooking the pool. There's a powder room in the hall, it's a bonus to have that extra bathroom! Enjoy the many restaurants, shops and activities in the area. Bike paths are numerous in the area for exploring the island (bike rentals available in the immediate area) or if you like to golf there are many mini golf and golf courses in the area. Play shuffleboard at the resort or the new Pickle Ball courts just a short walk away, if you're not into that, head over to the beach or relax by the heated salt water pool and hot tub. Guests also have access to a beach side pool and deck, with direct access to the beach, a short walk away at the Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort. Hang out at Sea Crest Surf & Racquet Club, relax with a drink by the pool or at the pergola gazebo while cooking dinner on the BBQ, if you're not into cooking, dine in or take out at one of the many restaurants in the area. Close out the day with a relaxing glass of wine on the condo balcony. Please note: The property management and welcome center is located on site, any questions upon arrival or during your stay should be directed to the office, they will be happy to help! Note: Condo unit is not wheelchair accessible, there is a step up to kitchen.
