The kids can hang out in the huge bonus room upstairs, while adults relax in the great room or outdoor patio watching golfers. An elegant home to celebrate special events and make lasting memories. The space There are two large master suites with king size beds and private bathrooms on the main level. A large office and half bathroom are on the main level as well. Upstairs you’ll find the room with bunkbeds (sleeps 5; one pull out) and a nice size bedroom with queen bed. They share a large bathroom and shower. A great bonus room with flat screen TV, games and couch surrounded by windows letting the sky in. The gourmet kitchen is huge allowing more than one chef to prepare appetizers and meals. There is a large pantry to store your goodies and groceries. A Weber bbq is out on the patio. Guest access The garage is available to use. The closet in the master suite is locked out but all other closets are available for your use. Other things to note No smoking of any kind allowed. On holiday weeks, July 4th and Christmas we have a one week minimum. We accept well behaved dogs for an extra $100 fee. They are not allowed on the furniture or in the master suite to protect the luxury rug. If needed there is a small side yard that is gated. But the front and back yards are not fenced. We don’t have air conditioning. We don’t really need it here in the mountains as it cools off so nicely at night. But we do have fans and air condition units in the upstairs areas for the rare hot days. It does help to close all windows before 8:00 am to keep the hot air out. This is a family home in a quiet area of part time and full time residents. Large party crowds are not welcome. Cleaning fee: $300
