Accommodation in the Gesäuse

The ecological mini wooden house on the banks of the Enns was designed by the artist and mountain hiking guide Susanne Posegga and built with loving craftsmanship. The colors of the building reflect the landscape and the sophisticated architecture makes the building appear much larger than it actually is. The sunny location right on the shores of the Wild River with views of the majestic peaks of Gesäus is unique. You can also dock kayaks directly at the property. The space The housing is an open living concept in which areas are divided by vertical wooden struts and textiles. The ground floor is 37 m² and the sleeping gallery is 13 m². The whole house can be heated with a wood stove / tabletop stove. Infrared elements are supplied with electricity via a photovoltaic system, which always keeps the building at a constant temperature. Due to the raised, well-insulated and triple-glazed wooden construction, the heating requirement is very low! Guest access House & shared use of the garden. The landlady can enter the garden herself at any time to do gardening work. A Wallbox is available in the parking lot for guests to charge their electric cars! Electricity consumption will be charged separately! Other things to note TOURIST TAX The municipality requires each guest from the age of 16 to a tourist tax of €2.50 per night. REPORTING OBLIGATION According to the Austrian Registration Act, guests must register online. The key code can only be provided once all the required information has been received no later than one day before arrival.
