K cups, coffee filters, ground coffee, half & half, sugar and sugar substitutes provided. Tea and hot cocoa too. • It has central heat and air, with a separate thermostat on each floor. • 2 off street parking spaces next to the house. Two larger cars, or 3 smaller cars, can fit on the “Athens Block” parking pad next the house. • Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer and other toiletries are available for use while staying at the property.
