The office is an open room on the 2nd level and has a view of the peaceful sleeping porch and outdoors. An electric tea kettle and various teas are available for your mid-afternoon break. BEDROOM On the 2nd level - the romantic cozy room has a comfortable King sized canopy bed with a 3-inch memory foam topper and cuddle bed. You have two choices of pillows (down and non-down). Room darkening blinds and a noise machine are provided to block out street noise, as the bedroom is on the street side of the house. Our guests rave about how well they sleep. Equipped with five drawer dresser, full-length mirror, and clothing rack, you'll have plenty of space to store your clothes. BATHROOM - Bath/shower combination - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. Guest access Access to the entire house and back patio other than: * Upstairs attic bedroom * Owner's closet * Basement cellar Other things to note STEPS The house is historic and has narrow stairs that may be difficult for some people to manage. There are 4 steps outside (no handrails), 12 steps from the 1st floor with the bathroom, office and main bedroom, and 13 steps from the 2nd floor to the 2nd bedroom. PARKING The parking space is in a private lot. Some SUVs or Trucks may be a tight fit. Street parking is available in the event the parking spot is too small. PLANTS We have live plants in the house, which can occasionally attract a soil gnat. We treat the soil regularly to avoid this. DOGS We accept dogs on a case-by-case basis and charge a 25.00/night per dog, fee. 2 dogs max. See house rules. Dogs should be locked in the kitchen behind a gate (provided) or in a crate when left alone in the house. We love to make our guest's stay special and have relationships with local shops and vendors.
