Check in time: 2pm Check out time: 11am The space This 25 sq. meter studio unit with balcony is fully furnished with 1 queen sized bed, toilet and bath with a tankless water heater, kitchen for light cooking, utensils, air conditioner, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, water kettle, hair dryer/blower, TV with local channels only (you can use your own log in to access Netflix and other apps available) and high speed internet. The unit is also equipped with ample closet space. Toiletries are only provided once at the beginning of the stay, no refills will be provided thereafter. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: • NO PARKING AVAILABLE on the premises. If you are renting a car, it will be your sole responsibility to look for parking. Pls do not lose or misplace the keys and elevator access card, replacement will incur an additional fee of atleast ₱550.
