Comfy family base between two cities!

This is an ideal place to use as a family base for a Summer holiday. A bit of tourism and relaxation. It is close to Utrecht by bus 35 mins, bus 20 mins. You can also get to Amsterdam via train, bus or car in under 40 mins. If you have a car, free parking is available. Locally, daily swims in the Vecht river, or spend the day at the local lake. There’s the countryside and forests for walks and cyclists will be able to enjoy the many routes in the area. The space There are two double rooms, one with a balcony & double bed. The other with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen and lounge. The back garden has a great area to enjoy drinks as the sun sets. Guest access The top floor bedroom and bathroom are not for use. But you will have access to the floor, to access the washing machine and tumble dryer. Essential for a longer stay.
