A double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, living room with full kitchen. The apartment is 50 meters from the large swimming pool overlooking Assisi for the exclusive use of guests. The space Our guests pay not only for the apartment but for the possibility of using the large common garden and our large swimming pool with magnificent views over the Tiber valley up to Assisi. Possibility to walk and enjoy contact with nature and with our 12 cats and 3 alpacas who live free in the gardens. We are just 5 minutes by car from the historic center of Perugia, so we are in a countryside area but not isolated, just outside the city gates with all the comforts that come with it (restaurants and shops 2 minutes by car). Simple but comfortable and with attention to detail, ideal for those who intend to explore our magnificent Umbria having a convenient and central starting base (all the villages and naturalistic attractions can be reached in a maximum of 30/45 minutes) but also a wonderful location for spend a few moments of break or a whole day of relaxation by our fantastic swimming pool. Other things to note A simple but comfortable accomodation, our house is ideal for those who love to travel and intend to explore our wonderful Umbria. Perfect as a starting base for your daily tours to discover Umbrian villages and naturalistic destinations knowing that on your return you will have the opportunity to enjoy a few moments of relaxation by the pool.
