Country House-5 minutes to Jacksboro!

This non-smoking property is the perfect place to port when visiting the Jacksboro area. The Country House is ideal for couples or families. Enjoy a serene country setting and yet be in town within five minutes! The house is spacious and has an outdoor patio which is PERFECT for star gazing! It is no pets/no parties and is NOT available as construction crew lodging. The space The Country House has the lot size which is very convenient for horse trailer, camper or boat trailer parking! The Country House is 2 bedroom (1-Queen w/TV in this room, and kids room has 3 beds: one full, and also a bunk w/full on bottom & twin on top. House is set up for a family of five but could possibly sleep another two on floor mats. (Guest, please be forth coming at time of booking how many people - no unregistered guests allowed). When adding guests, it is important to remember, it has 1 full bath. In addition to the living area which has TV for streaming it also has a wood burning fireplace! The full kitchen is completely stocked & ready. Within the kitchen area there is an adjacent dining table which seats four to six. The stacked washer/dryer is provided for your convenience. The Country House has a large back patio as well as a covered carport for parking. There is a grill provided but must be pulled out from under the carport and replaced there when finished. It is not to leave the area it is attached to. If there is a burn ban in our county we request no grill usage. Warning will be posted if there is a fire hazard for the area. The Country House property has a strict No Smoking/No Vaping/No Pet/No Parties and NO Construction Crew(s) policy. The house, although simple, is a very workable lodging for a family with small children, a workcation (also a favorite for writers!), or maybe you just need a country couple get away…Picture yourself taking in a deep breath of fresh air. Guest access Guest will have full access to the house and the direct yard premise surrounding the house. There is plenty of room for trailer or boat parking. One small room and a hall closet where Host stores supplies - remains locked as well as the Barn and Shop areas. These areas are off limits to guests and reserved for Hosts usage only. Host lives near by. Other things to note This is NOT Construction crew lodging. ***Please note before requesting to book: We have a strict NO smoking/No pets policy and a $300.00 fee will be added for smoking on premises. Host manages and uses the land surrounding the house and therefore there is restricted usage for any land not adjacent to the house structure itself. Four wheeling/ATV vehicle "usage" is not allowed. Firearms, fireworks, camp fires are NOT permitted. We highly suggest following the House Rules as an additional fee with a minimum of $300.00 could occur. We request guests leave “used” beds unmade. For the security of of guests as well as our property, this property has exterior security cameras at the back door/patio area, as well as the shop and barn areas. We welcome all rule abiding guests!
