Cozy vacation home in Villeneuve

La Grappe is a home located in a peaceful neighborhood in Villeneuve. It's a 5 minute walk away from the Lake of Geneva, a short walk to the train station (10 minutes) and nestled between the mountains and the lake. A great place to stay as a hub to visit the rest of Switzerland, or simply to rest and relax. This property is unfortunately not suitable for young children and infants. No pets allowed. The space The home is separated into two apartments with separate entrances. The primary apartment for guests at the ground floor and a small separate apartment on the 2nd floor which is inhabited by the property owner. Guest access Guests will have access to the following: two free parking spots, a private outdoor patio and a laundry room if necessary. The garage has a secured space for bikes and motorcycles or other sporting gear. Free charging is available for e-bikes. A lovely garden with a gazebo next to the river is also available for guests seeking solace. Other things to note Christine, the native Swiss host will gladly welcome you and present you to this unique part of the world . She is fluent in both French and English.
