You can get to anywhere in the city in 20-30 minutes, with the privacy of a suburban area. 8 minutes from high-end wayzata downtown and 5 minutes from Parkers lake, where you can enjoy jogging, fishing and boating. The close proximity to Shiloh park is awesome for walks, biking and playgrounds.
