Relax at my spacious and peaceful house with 3 BRs, 1.5 Bath, office/family theater/ping-pong table in Plymouth. We love the privacy of our backyard with the trees, which are full outside of winter. You can get to anywhere in the city in 20-30 minutes, with the privacy of a suburban area. 8 minutes from high-end wayzata downtown and 5 minutes from Parkers lake, where you can enjoy jogging, fishing and boating. The close proximity to Shiloh park is awesome for walks, biking and playgrounds. A fee of $350 will be charged if animals are found to have been on the property. Third party booking is not allowed. The person making the reservation must be on the premises for the duration of the reservation. Persons not listed as a guest in the reservation may be required to leave the property at the host's discretion. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes are not allowed in the home, and windows and doors should be closed when smoking outdoors to ensure the odor doesn't drift back inside. A minimum fee of $600 will be charged if the smell of smoke or vapes lingering at check out or damages are incurred due to smoke or vapes. For long-term stays (over 28 days) we require a separate background check per guest, which is done through TransUnion Smartmove. The owner reserves the right to cancel a booking if the guest doesn't agree to the terms of the Airbnb rental agreement fully or refuses to sign it. We ask that you provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your travel companions to help us better prepare for your stay. We have a video doorbell at the entrance of the house. Photo ID maybe required upon check-in. You may NOT use the unit's street address for any immigration, legal or financial matter or account, even if temporary. Light cooking only, please — no large meals. Our kitchen vent doesn't exhaust outside, so preparing dishes with strong odors or using heavy oils can cause lingering smells throughout the house.
