Two-story family villa

Our two-story house is located in a family-friendly newly-built residential area about 5 km from Östersund city center. The house was built in 2018 and has a large plot of land with an associated garage, storage room, playhouse and a lovely garden. The house has a large terrace with dining table and lounge sofa as well as a glassed-in patio. In the area there is a bus connection with the city buses and by car it takes about 10 minutes to the city center. To Östersund Ski Stadium, it also takes about 10 minutes by car. Charging box for electric car is available. The space The entrance floor has an open floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining area. The kitchen has a kitchen island that faces the large dining area with tables for up to 10 people. From the kitchen and dining area there are two exits to the large balcony and the glazed conservatory. The patio has a dining table and lounge sofa and the glazed conservatory also has a dining table and a sofa as well as two armchairs. From the balcony, you can go directly out into the lovely garden with a playhouse and access to a trampoline between May and September. The living room has a large corner sofa, TV and a wood-burning stove. The entrance floor also has a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, drying cabinet) and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 180 cm, 1 bed 90 cm, 1 bed 90 cm) Upstairs there is also a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Bathroom with bathtub. We do not have pets. Guest access Free access to the house. No access to garage, but garage driveway is available with room for more cars. Access to charging box for electric car is included for use. Other things to note Cleaning up after yourselves, cleaning products are available. You bring your own bed linens and towels.
