Other things to note 1. No animals allowed. This house is not suitable for animals. 2. No Smoking/vaping. For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking/vaping is NOT allowed inside the house. If you need to smoke or vape, please do so outside . 3. All linens/towels (bath and hand towels) are supplied. Bed sheets, pillows, pillow cases and doonas are supplied on all beds. 4. This home is in a residential quiet neighbourhood, we really respect our neighbours peacefulness and will only accept bookings from groups willing to respect their quiet enjoyment. There should be no noise at anytime during your stay which creates disturbance to surrounding properties, with quiet hours from 10pm-7am. If we receive any complaints from our neighbours about excessive noise, we may have to ask you to vacate the house without a refund. 5. Strictly NO parties, Hens, Bucks or Schoolies. To provide all guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, the property is not suitable for parties, events or any form of gathering that may cause disturbance to the neighbourhood or damage to the property. By following this policy, you are helping us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone. If there is a violation to this policy, we reserve the right to terminate the reservation and all fees paid will not be refunded. 6. The fire place near formal lounge is NOT in use. Please DO NOT operate or try to turn it on. 7. There is a fire extinguisher and first aids kit available in Bedroom 4. 8. Check-in: Our standard check-in time is after 3PM. If you need to make arrangements for an earlier check-in, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 9. Check-out: To ensure smooth turn over of the property for in coming guests, check-out time is strictly before 11AM. Late check-outs are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. 10. Registered guests only- Only guests who were registered at time of booking are allowed to stay in the house. The actual number of guests must matched the original number of guests on reservation/booking. 11. Damages- Accidents can happen, but please let us know if you cause any damages or losses during your stay. We will communicate the cost for repair or replacement and deduct it from the security deposit if necessary. Our goal is not to claim extra money from you at all, but rather to make sure our home stays in great condition for future guests. 12. Insurance- Your safety and health is important to us. We recommend that you have your own insurance coverage for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your stay. 13. Lost or stolen items- The host is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the guest's stay. 14. Liability- Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property. 15. Loss/Removal of access control Please take extra care of your keys! Lost keys and remotes are subject to a $50 replacement charge. This includes purposefully failing to return these items which is classified as theft. Please return all controls to its original location when you ready to check-out 16. Use of Water Feature Please ensure you turn off the pump for water feature after each use. Failure to do this will cause the pump to overheat. If this happened it will attract a replacement charge of $30. We hope that you will respect these guidelines and have a wonderful time in our home.
