The "Hermit's Cove" Lake House is a peaceful place to relax and play with the whole family. The house and property are completely updated! Located right on Lake Superior, the beach is just outside the front door. A beautiful, private, sand beach. Just a short drive to Mount Ripley, Mount Bohemia, Copper Harbor and Houghton, there is so much to see and experience. That being said. If getting away is your preference, there is no need to leave this well prepared, amenity filled property! The space Hermit's Cove is an updated property. There is a nice sized kitchen with all new appliances, including a dishwasher. There is a nice living room area for gathering and playing games. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, and the full bathroom. There is no tub on this property but there are two showers. The bedrooms are both queen size mattresses on the main floor. The loft area contains a sitting area, with a dedicated work space. There is a king size bed in the open concept bedroom area of the loft. We have a set of twin sized bunk beds in the loft as well. There is also a 1/2 bath (no shower) in the loft.
