The space Welcome to our stunning Airbnb apartment nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of El Poblado, Medellín. Boasting five bedrooms and six bathrooms, this spacious and stylish accommodation offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The expansive social area is the heart of the home, featuring inviting living spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an elegant dining room. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom, 4 of them have queen size beds and one of them has a king size bed, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. Situated in close proximity to Provenza and Parque Lleras, you'll have easy access to the city's buzzing nightlife and a wide array of delectable culinary experiences. You'll find it effortless to explore the city on foot, and a variety of restaurants and amenities are just steps away. Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of Medellín and make unforgettable memories in our exceptional apartment. Guest access Guests will have access to the apartment with a code provided by us. All guests must have their original ID. Colombian: Original ID or Report in case of loss (Photos or printed documents are not allowed) Foreigner: Passport Minor: I.D. or Civil Registry (Photos or print-outs are not allowed) If they are not with their parents: Permission authenticated by a notary where the power of attorney is given to the guardian. Guest visitors must also have their original I.D. If you do not comply with the agreement, a first strike is made, if a second strike is made, a fine of one minimum Colombian wage will be charged. Other things to note Colombian law requires all accommodations to register their guests in the TRA and SIRE systems, just like hotels do. To comply with this regulation and with the building’s security protocols, we use Hospy, an external and secure platform that processes this information in accordance with data protection laws. After booking, we will send you a link that will take you outside of Airbnb to the platform we use (HOSPY) to complete this registration and accept the apartment rules. This is a requirement to activate your check-in. If you need any assistance at any time, we are here to help. JACUZZI: - Use the jacuzzi with care. It is new and must be kept in perfect condition. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the jacuzzi area. - The jacuzzi takes time to reach the proper temperature. It is left on for your convenience but must be turned off after use (see instruction video). - The water is treated with chlorine, so it is not necessary to empty it after each use. - If you wish to empty and refill it, the service has an additional cost of $100 and must be requested in advance. - Glasses, cups, and bottles made of glass are not allowed inside or near the jacuzzi. - Do not add soaps, oils, salts, bubbles, or any other product to the water. - Maximum capacity: 4 people. Do not exceed this number to avoid damage or accidents. - Turn off the jacuzzi after using it or before going to bed. - Children must always be supervised by an adult. Note: Provenza is a highly touristic area that is constantly evolving. Because of this, there may be some noise due to nearby construction. All guests and visitors must present their original ID (no photos or copies allowed): - Colombians: Original ID or loss report. - Foreigners: Passport. - Minors: ID or civil registry. If not accompanied by their parents, they must bring a notarized authorization letter from a legal guardian. As responsible hosts, we are required by Colombian law to collect some guest information, such as full names, ID numbers, and travel purpose, to comply with government regulations. In case of rule violations, a first warning will be issued. A second warning will result in a fine equivalent to one Colombian minimum wage. Registration Details 189320
