The space The cosy little flat is located in the heart of the Old Town inside a historic 13th-century building. The apartment is on the second floor of the house and can be accessed using a staircase. The whole apartment is at your disposal. The living area with high ceilings is divided into 2 sections: spacious living room with a couch that transforms into a sofa bed AND dining area with an open-plan kitchenette. The exposed wooden beams, ancient brick wall and hardwood floors really give the historic feeling of the Old Town! Kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, induction hob, microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle, sink, full set of kitchenware and cleaning products. Our tap water is drinkable! The loft-like bedroom can be accessed via loft ladder from the dining area. PLEASE MIND YOUR HEAD AS YOU GO IN due to the low ceiling! Once there, you may appreciate the private and romantic chamber with its exposed historic wall. Bed linens and towels are provided. The bathroom contains a shower room with a rainfall showerhead, WC and a washing machine. There’s plenty of room for your belongings. Large shelves, a shoe rack, railing & hangers. As well as a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the living room. ☕️ Väike-rataskaevu cafe located in the same building on the ground floor is the perfect place for a cup of cappuccino or a splendid dinner! Guest access - Guests have exclusive use of the whole apartment. - The access details will be provided once the property is ready on the date of check in.
