New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas. The space The property is on Rørmoen between Grimstad and Lillesand, built in 2022. The house is located undisturbed on a hill with a clear view of the beautiful archipelago. Natural plot and a part of it is prepared with several seating groups. 3 km to the village Homborsund where there is a Joker store. About 500 meters to Breivik camping where there are nice bathing opportunities and a kiosk in the summer. 30 minutes to the Zoo in Kristiansand. Nice hiking opportunities. Here is everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Basic goods and kitchen utensils in drawers and cabinets. Laundry room with combined washer/dryer. 3 bedrooms with double beds and an attic room/TV room where there is a sofa bed with room for two. Also possibility to borrow extra mattress to sleep on the floor. Bed linen and towels can be rented, NOK 150 per person. Jacuzzi Can be used for a fee of NOK 300 (EUR 30) per day or NOK 1,500 (EUR 150) for a week. It is important to give notice two weeks in advance if you want to use it, as it must be prepared. It is important to specify that the jacuzzi is used at the tenant's own risk. Water quality should be checked in advance, as well as the filter. The landlord takes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illness that the jacuzzi may cause. Jacuzzi is only an extra service that the customer pays extra for and which is used at their own risk. Other things to note This is our private house that we rent out when we use the boat or the cabin instead.
