A colorful getaway honoring our local and global icon, Dolly! We offer a unique space with comfortable accommodation while having access to attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Dolly grew up around these parts and you can also fame it up while on vacation! Perfect for 4 people traveling together with the ability to WFH on exclusive, unshared Comcast Xfinity wifi internet. We have several units available on this street all sleeping up to 4 people. Click our profile to see the rest! The space This space is a 1 unit of a 2 unit townhouse style cottage. You would be renting 1 unit. Each unit is 1330 sq ft and its own space with no shared rooms or interior space. There are 3 floors. All pictures are from only this unit. Only the outdoor charcoal park grill and picnic tables are shared. Kitchen – Main level. The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge/freezer, pots, pans, slow cooker, microwave, cookware, silverware, plates and cups. Everything you need to make meals! Dining – Main level. Table seating for all 4 guests right between the kitchen and living area. All wide open for you to hang out with ease. Living Room – Main level. The living room has a full set of furniture to hang out, watch TV and gather around the wood burning fireplace (BYO firewood). There is a 55” TCL Smart TV with Roku and streaming apps to login with your own accounts. Guest Bathroom - Main level. Off the living room. Back Deck – Main level. Out the back of the living room. There is seating to enjoy the wooded, mountain views. Perfect for coffee and wine or your bevvie of choice. Master Bedroom (Sleeps 2 on a queen bed) – located on the upper level (upstairs). There is a connected full bathroom with shower (step up, step down style). There is a 55” TCL Smart TV with Roku and streaming apps to login with your own accounts. There are 2 closets: 1 walk-in closet is for guest use and 1 is a no-access supply closet. Washer+Dryer – located on the upper level (upstairs) at the top of the stairs. Guests are free to use them! Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2 on a queen bed) – located on the lower level(downstairs). There is a connected full bathroom with a tub / shower combo. There is a 43” TCL Smart TV with Roku and streaming apps to login with your own accounts. There is 1 walk-in closet is for guest use. Carport - You can park here or play here. We provide cornhole if you want to prove your worth! Parking - Flat parking right in front of the building Free 7-day gym pass at 321 Fit Club in Gatlinburg! Please message us if you want complimentary use of a 24/7 gym during your stay! Distances: - 20 min / 10 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and 30 min give or take to Pigeon Forge (depending on where) - 30 min / 15 miles to the Sugarlands park entrance. 20 min / 10 miles to the Greenbrier park entrance ATTENTION: This cabin requires 4WD/AWD during winter. The final road leading to the cabin using 2WD will be very difficult during snowy, icy or very wet conditions. Please plan accordingly and consider travel insurance. Guest access Fireplace - Fireplaces are open Oct 1 to Mar 31. Please refer to the user guide handout. Guests will need to bring their own firewood (no Duraflame logs! they are a major fire hazard are not permitted). You can buy firewood at a local grocery or hardware store. Carport - You can park here or play here. We provide cornhole if you want to prove your worth! Parking - Flat parking right in front of the building Picnic Area / Park Grills - You can use the wooded picnic area and park grills around the building.
