Full Kitchen with everything you need, maybe ever too much! (Grandma had it all) Plenty of room to relax on the deck with a bench swing and chairs, with amazing lakeside views. Guest access The place is yours, minus one closet and the garage. Other things to note Located down a private road. You can launch your boat at the Ferndale resort or Clear Lake state park. Each are no more than 5 mins drive and boat ride. There is space for your boat trailer in front of the house or in the driveway, backing the trailer in the driveway can be a little tight.
