The space THE GROUND FLOOR The modern and fully-equipped kitchen is the gathering place for your family and loved ones during your stay: - Generous kitchen island and plenty of storage - Fully equipped with quality kitchen appliances - Coffee grinder - Oven - Microwave - Large refrigerator and freezer - Dishwasher - Small compost bin (compost located in the garden) The cozy living room, a spacious and warm bohemian-inspired living space : - Flat-screen TV with Netflix & Canal + - The fireplace is at your disposal and will keep you warm during autumn and winter evenings. - Comfortable sofas and armchairs The spacious and light-filled dining room : The perfect place for family or friends to enjoy meals - Views of the outdoors (terrace, garden, fields) - Foosball table - Dartboard - A large communal dining table The garden: two outdoor terraces First wooden terrace overlooking the garden and its surroundings: - Gas barbecue - Large outdoor dining table - Umbrella Second lower terrace : - Sun loungers - Ping pong table - Small charcoal barbecue You'll find ping pong paddles and balls in the large wall closet in the laundry room, along with various outdoor games (mölkky, ball, pucks, etc.). The large enclosed garden of 2000 m2 is a true haven of relaxation and peace. Adorable donkeys will be delighted to greet you at the back of the garden. 4 bedrooms : - First bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed (160x200) - A spacious area for storing and hanging your belongings. - Blackout curtains - Terrace access THE FIRST FLOOR - 2nd bedroom with a double bed (160x200) - Space for storing and hanging your clothes - Blinds and blackout curtains - 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) - A workspace - Velux blinds 4th bedroom with: 1 loft double bed (140x200), 1 single bed (90x200), a double sofa bed (140x200), and a travel crib. Beds are made upon your arrival, and all bath linens are provided. You'll find a lovely shower room and a separate toilet on the ground floor, as well as a larger bathroom and separate toilet on the first floor. As mentioned, there is also a large utility/laundry room with various storage, a washing machine, and a dryer." Please note: pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Check-in and check-out times are non-negotiable. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest. You will have access to the entire house, except for a small room in one of the bedrooms, reserved for the Mayordom' maintenance staff and the owners. Other things to note The city center of Chalonnes is only a 30 minute walk from the house and a 10 minute bike ride away. Parties are not allowed. The Chalonnes-sur-Loire riverside market welcomes visitors on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Kayaking and paddleboarding excursions are offered at Louët Evasion, a water sports base located a 10-minute bike ride from the house. Riverbanks along the Loire can be reached within a 5-minute drive from the house.
