Langsuan Road is today the most prestigious downtown Central Bangkok area with 5-6 star hotels and features several most luxury condominiums of Thailand. Looking for responsible guests who can take care of my apartment like their own home and appreciates the nice stylish decor. General Cleaning is complimentary once a week about 4 hours each time with bedding change and includes 2 times a week (20 mins) for watering plants (the apartment has trees and nice greens!) Extra cleaning charge each time is charged at 850 baht ELECTRICITY is chargeable! Please note that as a fair practice for monthly stays, I prefer that the rates do not include the Electricity charges. It will be based on meter readings during check-in and out and the rate is 5.5 baht per unit/kWh and is the rate from the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) with no mark-ups from the Host.
