The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, ideal for families, has a full compact kitchen, water purifier, fully air-conditioned environments. The cherry on top is our private pool. We do not provide breakfast, but the condominium has a restaurant that offers this service and other meals. The space Our flat has 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom, which is a Canadian suite, i.e., you have access to the bathroom through the bedroom and the living room, with independence between the rooms. The bed is queen size, we provide quality bedding for the number of people informed at the time of booking. The room has independent air conditioning from the living room. The living room is air-conditioned, has a comfortable queen-size sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people. We also provide bedding for the sofa bed, according to the number of people informed at the time of booking. We have a complete compact kitchen that allows the guest to prepare meals, consisting of a 2-burner induction stove, refrigerator, water purifier, microwave and other utensils. Important: We do not have an air fryer. We provide a hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet. Guest access The condominium reception is open 24 hours a day and the guest must check in to access the flat. The apartment lock is electronic and the access code is provided by the host before check-in. The flat is located on the ground floor with easy access and a well-lit path. Other things to note We do not provide breakfast, but the condominium has a restaurant that provides this service at affordable prices. For stays longer than 7 nights, we change the bed linens after 4 nights. The exchange must be arranged with the host. Bath and face towels should not be used as floor cloths. Cleaning is done at checkout. If the guest wants this service during the stay, they should consult the host about the fee and agree on the day. We leave a quantity of cleaning supplies and utensils inside the flat. When leaving, the guest must collect the garbage, wash the dishes, close doors and windows, check that the faucets and shower are closed and turn off all lights, including the pool. No smoking is allowed inside the accommodation. Check in: 14h Check-out: 12:00 p.m. (noon) In case of damage or breakage of utensils and other items in the flat, the host must be contacted immediately and the amounts reimbursed. Parking is not covered, it is rotating and there is no private space.
