Upstairs: a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, opening directly to the terrace. Layout Lower level: three separate bedrooms and three full bathrooms (two with shower, one with hydro-massage tub). Upper level: large living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen; double sofa bed; terrace at the same level as the living room—step straight outside for breakfast, sunset drinks, and night views over the historic center, the Gulf, and the iconic Pedamentina steps. Comfort & amenities Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and full cookware/tableware. Beds with quality mattresses, toppers, and ergonomic pillows for deep sleep. Fresh towels & bed linen and a bathroom starter kit are provided. You’ll have the entire apartment for exclusive use, terrace included. Why guests love it Space for everyone, seamless indoor-outdoor living on the panoramic terrace, and unbeatable connections: the Montesanto funicular runs beside our entrance (about every 10 minutes, only 3 stops). Spaccanapoli and Via Toledo are roughly 10 minutes on foot. Guest access Vista Napoli Residence is tucked within a private lane; common areas are well kept. Please be mindful of neighbors and house rules (NO PARTY) The funicular station is just outside the lane entrance. Other things to note The residence sits along a private uphill lane of about 200 meters. For guests with mobility needs—or whenever you prefer comfort—we offer a free shuttle along the lane: 09am to Midnight; The terrace is approximately 50 m² and level with the living room as shown in the photos.
