The main façade faces Sor Margalida de la Passió street, while the side opens onto a charming private alley. The main building is arranged over three floors. Upon entering, a sequence of reception areas leads the eye towards the courtyard, the well, and the stone stairs that connect to the garden, creating a striking first impression. To the right lies the former church, now transformed into a spectacular cinema room with high vaulted ceilings, a large modular sofa, and a projector. This floor also features a double bedroom facing the main street and a fully renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main living room, with dual orientation, offers large windows, balconies, and direct access to the alley. Sofas, original church benches, and a refined dining table set the scene for memorable evenings. The kitchen is spacious and bright, blending original convent features with modern equipment. High ceilings, exposed beams, views of the courtyard and well, and a large table seating up to 12 guests. Adjacent is a traditional Mallorcan pantry (“rebost”) with laundry area, second fridge, and ample storage. On the first floor, a landing featuring an iconic Eames chaise lounge leads to the bedrooms. One suite stands out with a built-in bathtub overlooking the Tramuntana mountains. Another large bedroom, with dual orientation and a workspace, includes an en-suite bathroom with shower and lovely village views. A third bedroom, with a double bed, connects to the former church choir, now used as a dressing room. Its separate bathroom includes a shower and views over the garden and mountains. At the end of the floor, a unique suite created from former nuns’ cells features terracotta floors, high ceilings, and stunning views of the garden, pool, and mountains. It includes a double bed, built-in wardrobe, seating area, and a bathroom with traditional Mallorcan tiles, walk-in shower, and bathtub by the window with direct garden access. The top floor offers a large lounge with comfortable sofas, a large TV, and a workspace or game area. Next to it, a spacious attic bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bathtub, and walk-in shower overlooking the Tramuntana. Outdoor areas include a courtyard, garden, pool, and annex. The courtyard connects the ground floor to the garden, with shaded seating areas and the original well. The garden features an 8x3 meter pool, a covered chill-out area with built-in daybed and fireplace, six sun loungers, a dining table for twelve, and multiple shaded seating areas. At the back, a two-level annex includes a ground-floor lounge opening onto the pool, with traditional seating, sofa bed, and fireplace. Upstairs, a large open porch with views over the Pla de Mallorca, ideal for yoga or relaxation. A traditional wooden gate provides direct access to the Tramuntana forest, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The neighboring land is home to a flock of sheep, whose bells are the only sound in the peaceful night. Guest access Guests have full access to the common areas of the house: the courtyard, garden with pool, annex, and porches.
