Other things to note Please be advised that the Peninsula building is undergoing essential renovations have started from 11 September, with works expected to continue through to early December. This includes upgrades to the lobby, driveway, and basement entry. During this time, there may be increased noise, restricted access to certain areas, and temporary changes to entry points. Most access will be via the basement lifts, and the driveway and car park entrance will be closed for a short period in November. FAQS These are answers to some of the frequently asked questions I receive: 1. Are they actual photos of your apartment? YES! Of Course! We take a lot of pride in our apartment and the photos are of the exact apartment! 2. How will I get the keys? Our office is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We handle key exchange (including after hours) and are always on call. Details of the office will be provided after a booking is made. 3. Do I get access to the resort amenities? Of course - you have full access to the resort facilities but please do not go to the onsite reception desk for anything throughout your stay. You are booking this exact private apartment it is not managed via the front desk in any way. 4. Which level is the apartment on? Level 28 - accessed via superfast elevators 5. Can I request an additional bed/ what bedding will be provided if I book for 3pax? YES - an additional bed can be provided If you book for 3 guests. The additional bed is a "Euro Bed" which is a high quality self inflating mattress which sits approx. 40cm off the ground. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, dishcloth. A supply of tea, coffee, milk and sugar are also provided. A bath towel for each guest, a bath mat and hand towel for each bathroom. If you are staying more than 2-3 nights, you may need to restock some items during your stay.
