Home sits on 2 acres with no visible neighbors, lots of wildlife, ample parking and backs to the Manistee National Forest. Road ends and trails begin at the end of the driveway. Quiet country setting yet 10-15 minutes to fantastic dining and shopping in beautiful downtown Cadillac. Beaches, boating, lakes, parks, movies, bowling, golf, skiing all within a few miles. Home is 3200+ sq ft over 3 levels with plenty of room for larger, extended or 2+ families to share. Includes all linens (sheets & towels), dvds, games, books, a popcorn maker and all basic necessary cooking utensils and dinnerware (for 12+). Owner also provides coffee, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, facial tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, blow dryers, etc. You really don’t need to bring anything but your clothes, food, beach towels & toys! Sleeps 10 -Bed 1:Double Bed with ensuite (Upper Level) -Bed 2: Queen Bed (Upper Level) + crib -Bed 3: Queen Bed (Lower Level) -Bed 4/5: Twin Bunk Beds (Lower Level) -Full size futon (Main Level) -Twin size futon (Main Level) Home includes 2 full bathrooms upstairs both with bear claw tubs (and shower combo) and 2 half baths (main & lower levels). Lower level has a mini kitchen with small sink, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is no AC, however log home stays cool due to mostly shaded yard. Whole house attic fan draws plenty of cool air in at night, if needed. None of the outbuildings are occupied or available for use by guests. Owners are typically available via text or phone for any questions or concerns. In person meet & greet can be arranged if desired. Trail riders, snowmobilers, skiers, nature lovers and hunters paradise. Home backs to the Manistee Natl Forest. Trails begin at the end of the driveway. Wildlife in the yard most days (turkey, deer, porcupine and occasionally a bear). Road is dirt approximately 1 mile before the home. We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and agree to abide by them during your stay. 1. No parties or events allowed. 2. No smoking/vaping allowed.  3. No illegal substances or weapons allowed on premises. 4. No unregistered guests allowed.  5. No pets allowed 6. Please use coasters for hot/cold or sweaty items on all wood surfaces.  7. Please report any/all accidents to owners for proper clean up. 8. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 9. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.  10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 11. Please do your dishes. 12. Please take all trash out before you leave. 13. Please use what you need but leave all else 14.
