An independent, unique and one of a kind "Hollywood Glam Suite". Nested at the bottom floor of an architectural unique property, at the end of a cul-de-sac, a mile from the ocean. You have a separate entrance to access this suite, with a keypad lock leading to a gameroom, gymnastics and gym room (formerly a garage). This room leads to your glam suite fitted with the finest, glam bedding, quality furnishings and brand new art deco bathroom wt a 12" Rainshower, Italian mosaics, shower bench etc The space The Hollywood Glam suite is an independent mini apartment with all the luxuries and amenities you would need for a glam stay in the South Bay of Los Angeles. A luxurious "Sleep Innovations" King sized bed and mattress for a cozy and comfortable stay awaits you after your travels with soft feather and fur touches in the glam linens, rugs, lamps and other furnishings. The suite is fitted with a mini fridge, bottles of water, almond milk, a microwave, Kuerig Coffee Machine with an array of assorted flavors and coffee pods, a glam kettle, teas, golden utensils, and glam touches on dining ware and coffee mugs. The unit has a mounted smart TV with all your steaming entertainment channels, WiFi scannable barcode, a remote controlled mounted fan, ample storage, a closet with hangers, a folding desk, a dresser with charging USB ports and nightlights. For added seating options, you have a gorgeous purple velvet armchair with a faux fur cushion as well as a compact table for 2, with chairs providing the convenience for dining or workspace set up. The Art Deco Bathroom is brand new construction fitted with high quality Italian Mosaic tiles, a 12" rainshower with fantastic water pressure and hot water from a brand new tankless water heater, bath products with lavender, natural ingredients and essential oils, a teak shower bench, carved vanity, bidet whirlpool toilet and gold accents throughout to give you a complete, luxurious experience of a Hollywood star! 😍🤩 Guest access You are welcome to use the gameroom and gym in addition to your glam suite. The game room has a ping pong table, a dart board, gymnastics equipment (bar and beam) and a bench press with weights. Please note, the game room is a shared space and will be shared with us, our kids and on occasion their friends, if we have visitors. During your stay You have complete privacy with this independent Hollywood glam Suite located at the ground level of the house. You will access the suite from a separate entrance via the converted garage which is now serving as a game room with ping pong table/gym with bench press and a gymnastics set up with a beam and bar. I am happy to meet you upon check in and give you a walkthrough tour. If you prefer not to, that's totally fine too. My family of 4 will be in the other 2 floors of the house, so you can have as much privacy as you like and choose how much interaction you want to have with us. It's completely up to you. Other things to note You can park in the driveway, under the basketball hoop or anywhere on the cul-de-sac, keeping in mind street cleaning is on Thursdays and Fridays on different sides of the street as marked. Trash collection day is Wednesday so no parking under the basketball hoop on Wednesdays, as that's where they park the trucks to collect the trans bins throughout the day. The driveway is the easiest and hassle free so please feel free to use it. To enter the gameroom and the Hollywood Suite from the right side of the house, follow the steps to the side gate and down the 5 steps to the white door with the keypad. The Keypad entry code for your stay is 2025 + the "Teeho" button to enter. Once you are inside, you can lock the black lock from within. To lock the door from the outside, you need a key, which is provided to you and found hanging on the magnetic cloud inside the glam room. For your final exit at the end of your stay, if I am not home, kindly leave the keys hanging on the magnetic cloud, lock the Teeho keypad lock from INSIDE and exit from the garage, making sure you close the garage door upon your final exit with your bags. Please send me a text or Airbnb msg to confirm when you are ready for checkout, so we can follow the check out procedure in the easiest and most convenient way for all. If I am home, I would love to come and say goodbye and handle the keys/closing of the doors etc. If not, you can follow the above steps and confirm when done.
