Bedrooms and Accommodations Casa Richy comfortably sleeps four guests in physical beds. If you are traveling with children, you are welcome to bring an alternative airbed to accommodate two minors, bringing the property's maximum allowable occupancy up to a total of six guests. * Two Bedrooms: Each private bedroom is thoughtfully arranged with a comfortable Queen-size bed and ample clothing storage space to unpack your belongings. * Two Bathrooms: Two clean, full bathrooms service the home, providing excellent privacy and convenience for your entire group. Important Resort Pass and Pool Rules El Dorado Ranch strictly regulates entry and facility access, so please review these registration rules carefully prior to your arrival: * Pool Pass Restrictions: This property comes with a maximum of 4 swimming pool passes only. Only adults require a pass to enter the facilities. Standard pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. * Two-Step Registration Process: The resort requires guests to pick up their resort and pool passes in person. After completing your initial check-in and collecting your property keys from our office, you must make a quick secondary stop at the resort office to obtain your physical passes. * Late Arrivals (After 4:30 PM): The resort office responsible for issuing passes operates daily between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, we will still check you into the rental home as usual so you can unpack and relax. However, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on your arrival day because you won't have the physical passes. You can simply collect your passes from the resort office the following morning to begin using the pool facilities. Local Dining and Conveniences The home's prime location makes it easy to stock up on groceries, explore local dining, or check out our virtual tour video to preview the area. Check-In Information and Policies Our standard check-in hours are between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If your arrival falls after 8:00 PM, please note there is an additional 25 dollar extra fee for late check-in to accommodate after-hours staffing. Monthly Rentals Long-term monthly rental discounts are available for extended seasonal stays. For all monthly rentals, please note that utilities (high-speed internet, electricity, water, and propane gas) are extra and billed separately based on actual guest consumption.
