SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: 1) 1st Bedroom upstairs (Ruth Ensuite) has a Queen Size Bed that sleeps 2 people comfortable. 2) 2nd Bedroom upstairs (Damian Ensuite) has a Queen Size Bed that sleeps 2 people comfortable. 3) 3rd Bedroom Downstairs (Mercy Ensuite) has a Queen Size Bed that sleeps 2 people comfortable. 4) The space under the staircase area have a Queen Size Bed that sleeps 2 people comfortable. 5) There is a Intex Queen Dura-Beam Deluxe Series Comfort Airbed (with Internal Pump) for use upstairs in the Master Bedroom Suite or downstairs in the large living room area. Sleeps 2 people comfortable. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note 1) This listing is in a private house and the host also resides in the said house periodically. This is not a lease. No tenant or roommate rights is transferred or implied. No pets allowed. Please keep all areas clean at all times. No shoes or loud music allowed in the house. 2) You and other guests are carefully screened for compatibility and safety. Imperative you adhere to the true reason/purpose for your stay for the duration of your stay. If not, your reservation will be immediately cancelled, and you would be asked to leave the house. 3) No parties or video shoot or photo shoot allowed in the house without the expressed consent of the host. The rate for such activities is separate and requires additional deposit. Any violation will immediately cancel your reservation and you will be asked to leave. 4) No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.) or illegal drugs or illegal activities permitted. There is an automatic extra cleaning fee charge of $350.00 that will apply, and your reservation will be immediately cancelled, and you would be asked to leave the house. 5) The person above that signs this listing is the only recognized guest. The only person that can interact with the host and his staff at any time. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness while in the said house. You are responsible for any damage. 6) Upon arrival, the guest and accompanying persons are subject to additional layers of ID verification/screening. Anyone accompanying the guest is classified as a third party and only allowed to stay at the house with the guest as a courtesy and subjected to ID verification/screening at the time of check-in prior to been allowed to stay with the guest. No exceptions. 7) Accompanying persons (third parties) must be disclosed at the beginning of the listing. For compatibility and safety reasons, no other persons can join the guest once the reservation starts. Any unforeseen situations must be communicated with the host ASAP. 8) Flexible Check-In. Flexible Check-In is not Self Check-In. You need to call the host first and we would mutually agree on a convenient time to meet for Check-In. Any last-minute booking for the same day check-in may be subject to an unknown wait time depending on availability time to check you in. Going in and out of the house after 12 midnight is not allowed for security reasons. 9) Check-Out Policy. Please be advised that Check-out time is at 10:00am. 10) There may be other guests at the house. Be mindful of their privacy and need for quietness and pleasant guest experience. The living room’s bathroom downstairs, kitchen, family theatre room upstairs and dining room are shared. Please clean up after yourself each time. 11) The exterior of the house and the common areas (living rooms, dining room, kitchen, family theatre room) of the house are under video surveillance at all times. Please respect the financial investment spent on the house. Please respect other people in the house. 12). Premium Full Service – There are additional premium full service (Maid/Cook Staff and Driver) available at additional and separate rates per day. The house maintains a luxury SUV vehicle that seats 7 passengers (2015 Mercedes Benz GL450) for chartering by the guest. Maid/Cook Staff is available at $20.00 per day (plus cost of food). Driver is available at $30.00 per day (plus cost of fuel). 13) Minimum Deposit – There is a minimum deposit requirement of $150.00 due at the time of booking this reservation. May vary. 14). Unilateral Termination Clause - The parties agree that a material aspect of this agreement is the mutual respect and cooperation towards each other. It is agreed, therefore, that the host may terminate this agreement at any time without reference to a default, if it is determined by the host, that said relationship has been materially jeopardized.
