Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis at the best location in the complex. Quiet & comfortable. We value sleep and feature high-quality beds. The master has a king bed (Sealy Hallcrest II), and the 2nd bedroom has a queen (Serta Hybrid Silver). There are only two condos in the entire complex that get no noise from other units, and ours is one of those. You'll have no foot traffic passing by your unit, and there will be no other renters across from you or on top of you. We also have the best view in Las Brisas, due to the dining room, ocean view window that other units do not have. This is, by far, the best, most private unit in the complex. No Kids: Sorry, but we are not set up for children. You'll have use of the entire unit with the exception of one hall closet and the 3rd bedroom office closet. Our host handles most inquiries but I'm also available anytime. Las Brisas Del Mar is situated in a quiet beachfront area. You can stroll for miles in either direction on Panama's largest sandy beach. Las Olas Beach Resort is right next to us, and there you can enjoy their restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is another beachfront restaurant a short walk to the north, with fresh fish at very reasonable prices. Other than those two places, you are in peaceful solitude. The nearest major town, David, is a 30-minute drive. There are a very limited number of Uber drivers that service our area. Taxis should be scheduled in advance. It's nice to have your own vehicle, and we have a one-car where you can park at no extra charge. We are on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.
