The master has a king bed (Sealy Hallcrest II), and the 2nd bedroom has a queen (Serta Hybrid Silver). There are only two condos in the entire complex that get no noise from other units, and ours is one of those. You'll have no foot traffic passing by your unit, and there will be no other renters across from you or on top of you. We also have the best view in Las Brisas, due to the dining room, ocean view window that other units do not have. This is, by far, the best, most private unit in the complex. No Kids: Sorry, but we are not set up for children. Guest access You'll have use of the entire unit with the exception of one hall closet and the 3rd bedroom office closet. Other things to note We are on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.
