Cozy up in our 2-bedroom house. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Ripon. Be one of the first to stay in our newly built guest house. The space Private entrance to our cozy 2 bedroom. Come into an open layout of kitchen and living room. Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig. Table seats four. Both of our bedrooms have a queen size bed. Smart TV in living room. Guest access You will access our home through the back alley. It has a gate you can open and park your car. If it seems too narrow you can always park in the alley. It also has a door in case you don't want to open the gate. The main house is also listed on Airbnb and might have guest at any given time. If it is a check out day my cleaners might also be out there. This should not affect your space whatsoever. Other things to note There are no parties or events of any type allowed.
