The Space: BEDROOMS - This quintessential holiday haven set in the verdant hills of Wayanad boasts 2 spacious and well-designed rooms - both on the ground floor. - Both rooms offer a myriad of amenities such as queen-sized beds, extra mattresses, wardrobes, Wi-Fi access, ACs, and a stunning view of the hillside. - Both rooms also offer a designated workstation. - Both bedrooms open up to the pebbled walkway and the lawn that offer a refreshing breeze and beautiful panoramas. - Both rooms are also equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 2 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Marrying luxury and solace, the interiors of this hillside abode boast a snug living room on the ground floor. - Furnished with plush sofa-style seating arrangements for 3 people, the room also offers a TV, and Wi-Fi access. - A walk through the cosy confines of the living room will lead you to the dining area. - Minimally furnished with a rectangular table, the dining area can seat up to 6 people at a time. - Guests can spend quality time with their loved ones in the verandah while playing indoor games such as cards, ludo, or monopoly. - The exterior of the property features a beautiful lawn spreading up to an area of 500 sq. ft. - It offers the best space for strolling through the dewy grass while admiring the everchanging pastels of the skies. - Guests can also indulge in a quick bonfire session while munching on their favourite barbecue meals here. - There is also a quaint gazebo by the lawn, perfect for quick outdoor catchup sessions or for some late-night stargazing. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that the home can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 kids only. - Guests are advised to avoid venturing out of the property after sun down. - Guests are requested to make use of the wash/dryer facilities and load the used towels and sheets during check-out. - Guests are requested to load the used plates and silverware in the dishwasher at the time of check-out. - Kindly note, that the food will be served only in designated areas. - Given the refreshing breeze around the property, only the bedrooms are equipped with AC. - In case of a power outage, there is a UPS that can provide power backup for a few hours. - Very few mobile networks work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This is a standalone property.
