Guest access Our guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and shared amenities of the building, plus: - Other services available upon request: airport transfer, daily housekeeping, currency exchange, food deliver, bike rental, luggage storage - 24/7 security on the ground floor - Secured building with surveillance cameras in the lobby and hallway, heat detectors, hard-wired smoke alarms and a computer controlled access system - Amenities access is pay-per-use, charged by Avalon building management. Please let us know when you would like to use the pool and/or gym so we can register on your behalf. Amenities access can be restricted based on last minute building maintenance / repairs Other things to note • Pre-arrival Prior to your stay, we require you to complete and sign our rental conditions. • Airport Pick-up/Drop-off and Fast Track Service Available 24/7, additional fee required. Please notify us in advance to arrange this service. • Housekeeping For stays of 5 nights or longer, enjoy one time complimentary housekeeping, including surfaces cleaning and towels change. If you’d like to include fresh sheets and a full cleaning service, please contact us for pricing. Daily housekeeping is also available upon request. • Fresh Towels Each guest receives 2 sets of bath and hand towels plus 1 pool towel. Towels are changed during housekeeping. For fresh towels in between, use the ensuite washer/dryer or contact us for pricing. • Early Check-In Early check-in is available (2 PM instead of 4 PM) if the apartment is ready. For arrivals before 11 AM, please contact us about booking the previous night for a special offer. • Late Check-Out If available, we offer up to 2 extra hours past our 11 AM check-out policy. A half-day fee applies after 1 PM, and full day charges start at 5 PM. • Luggage Storage Arriving early? You can drop off your luggage at 12 PM upon availability. Departing late? We can store your luggage until 2 PM, upon availability.
