Popular destinations - Minnewaska State Park, Hudson Valley Rail Trail, pick-your-own Farms & Mohonk Mountain House are all a few minutes' drive away. After spending your day exploring what the area has to offer, spend your night making a home cooked meal in our fully stocked kitchen & end with a night cap in the lighted screen house Three spacious, bright bedrooms can accommodate 6. There are 3 couches or we can provide an air mattress for additional people. There are three TVs. One is in the family room, one in the kitchen, and one in the master bedroom. For hot summer days there is a large air conditioner that cools the entire downstairs, and two of the three bedrooms have units. All rooms have ceiling fans. There are two full bathrooms, one of which is located in the master bedroom. All bedding, towels and toiletries are provided. Any condiments in the pantry or the refrigerator are you ours for the using. There is a Stewart’s shop, conveniently located about 2 miles away and a Market 32 grocery store is 5 miles away. The fireplace, basement and attic are not available. A lockbox code will be provided the day before you arrive. The house manual with lots of important information can be located on the island in the kitchen. We are available anytime through the Airbnb app. We will respect your privacy and be gone from the premises during your stay, unless you’d prefer to meet us in person when you check in. Located on a quiet dead-end street. This is a no pet and no smoking premises. There is an outdoor Screen house that you can use for smoking. Please make sure that all garbage and recyclables are deposited in the two cans in the driveway when you leave.
