Guest access Guests enjoy full access to the entire home, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet. Every other space is completely yours—relax, cook, unwind, and make yourself at home! Other things to note Absolutely no dogs or cats allowed. Breaking this rule will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee. If we notice a pet on the property that is not included in your reservation, you will be charged the $200 pet fee. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Smoking will incur an additional $200 cleaning fee.
