Enjoy a stylish experience in our lovely family villa with the forest right in the backyard. Our home is ideal for holidays for the whole family or larger groups of friends. The outdoor area has a large wooden terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. And the garden offers a shelter with a fireplace, trampoline and soccer goal. The house is on a quiet residential street, but you are never far from the city. The bus (11) runs directly to the city center. And the beautiful walks are at Brabrandsøen, only 2 km away. The space Our architect-designed villa welcomes you into a large entrance hall with space for coats and shoes. At the entrance, you will also find a room with a washer and dryer. From the entrance, you go directly into our open kitchen. Here, the ceiling is high and there is plenty of space to cook for 10 people. The villa has 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a master bedroom in line with the entrance hall. Here is a private bathroom with toilet and bath. The 4 other bedrooms are located in the "children's section" and share a common bathroom. The children's section has a common room with a sofa, TV, a shelf filled with games and table football. Outside, you will find a lovely wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. From the terrace, there is a view of the rest of the garden with a trampoline and football goal. If you want to sleep outside, you can use the shelter - so remember sleeping bags and sleeping pads :) Other things to note We don't allow smoking or animals :) We have gas for the grill The house is ideal for family and friend groups
