Description
Located in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, our cosy cottage is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding landscape. We’re in a quiet village with wonderful views of the Rhinogydd mountain range. The Snowdonia Way passes directly by the cottage, making it easy to step straight out onto the trail. As well as countless walking routes, the area is rich in local history, with Roman and Bronze Age sites nearby, along with beautiful waterfalls and beaches within easy driving distance. The space This is a period cottage with traditional features including a log-burning stove, inglenook fireplace and oak beams, alongside modern comforts such as a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, roll-top bath, electric heating and Wi-Fi. The tranquil garden overlooks the Rhinogydd mountain range, with views across open fields and neighbouring sheep. The cottage is in a rural setting and accessed via a narrow country lane, typical of the area. Parking is available for one vehicle outside the cottage, with additional shared parking at the top of the lane if preferred. The cottage comfortably sleeps four guests. It can accommodate up to five, with one person on the futon in the main bedroom (suitable for a child or small adult). All bedding and towels are provided.
