It is located within 5 minutes to Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from busy E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. Right below the building is the Marasi development, 2 kilometers of waterfront promenade. It is ideal for a stroll or run, followed by a meal in a choice of the restaurants located there. Business Bay has as lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.
