Guest access We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :) Other things to note If you have a large group we have 5 additional/similar units that are all connected in this small development. You can add on as many as you like as long as they are available. We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150 1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding. 2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property. 3 - Damage to any items or the property itself. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy.
