The enchanting property dating back to the early decades of the '900s is arranged over 3 levels which enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape and Monte Isola. Peculiar features are the 6 balconies overlooking the lake, a bow window in the living room and the completely frescoed coffered wooden ceilings of the living room. Important and exclusive pluses are the spacious pier and the garden overlooking the lake. The space The villa is arranged over three levels as follows:: - The basement: which opens directly onto the extensive garden, houses a laundry room and a convenient bathroom with a shower. - The ground floor: welcoming and bright, you will find a spacious living area with an entrance, a lounge with a lake view, a dining room, a kitchen with an original stone fireplace, and a small service bathroom. - The top floor, accessible via a wooden staircase, hosts the sleeping area with three bedrooms: two doubles with a balcony overlooking the lake and one single. Additionally, there is an elegant bathroom with a bathtub and a room used as a walk-in closet. - Outside: the property features a spacious private parking area, a storage room containing furniture and garden supplies, a pier with mooring buoy and a charming gazebo with a lounge area. Guest access The entire property will be made available to guests who will be able to use the services, with the exception of the use of the berth and the small boat inside it. Other things to note Tourist tax: From April to October, a tourist tax of 2€ per person per day is required at check-in. Children up to 13 years old are exempt from payment. Pets: The villa welcomes small to medium-sized dogs (under 30 kg) but is not suitable for hosting cats. We kindly ask guests to care for and respect the house, even when bringing their pets.
