The space The villa is arranged over three elegant levels, designed to offer comfort, privacy and a constant connection with the lake. Lower ground floor With direct access to the garden, it features a laundry room and a bathroom with shower. Ground floor Bright and welcoming, it includes an entrance hall, a spacious living room with lake view, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with an original stone fireplace, and a guest bathroom. First floor Accessible via a wooden staircase, it hosts the sleeping area with three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with lake-view balconies and one single bedroom. An elegant bathroom with bathtub and a walk-in wardrobe complete the floor. Outdoor areas Private parking, a gazebo with lounge area, a lakefront garden and a private dock with mooring buoy. Guest access The entire property will be made available to guests who will be able to use the services, with the exception of the use of the berth and the small boat inside it. Other things to note Tourist tax From April to October, a tourist tax of €2 per person per day is required at check-in. Children up to 13 years old are exempt. Pets Small and medium-sized dogs (up to 30 kg) are welcome. The villa is not suitable for cats. Guests are kindly asked to treat the house with care. A €20 per day fee applies per pet.
