The space Our cozy duplex is situated at the rear of the 2 on same block of land. Privately tucked away, but only a short walk to the beautiful beach on the esplanade. Our place is quaint but has been freshly renovated and decorated with modern furniture, bedding and appliances. Our place has air conditioning and the lounge offers a large smart tv, unlimited wifi and access to all of your subscriptions, such as Netflix. We have a queen room and a twin single room. Perfect for small families or smaller groups or couples. You have a small garden and seating area outside and we are pet friendly with a small gated enclosure. There is also plenty of space to park your boat or caravan should you need it. As our neighbouring duplex is situated close by with a full time tenant, we ask that you are respectful of noise levels.
