This home is located on the east end of Panama City Beach - nestled in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. This location provides an escape from the crowded condo complexes, yet still within walking distance to the ocean, many restaurants/bars and activities. The space This home has undergone extensive remodeling to cater to the needs of our guests facilitating a stylish and refreshing stay. ~ENTRY TO HOME~ Upon arrival, you'll access the home through a secure Yale keyless smart lock. We create a new and unique code for each booking to ensure safety, security and convenience for our guests. Please note that this property is a duplex, and as a guest, you will have full and private access to the right side of the home. The right side of the driveway can fit up to four cars. ~HEATING AND COOLING~ For optimal comfort, the home is equipped with central air conditioning and a NEST smart thermostat. Each bedroom and the living room feature modern ceiling fans, and a portable box fan is also available located within the laundry room. ~LIVING ROOM~ In the living room you'll find a sleeper sofa. In the cabinets underneath the TV, you will find extra blankets and linens for the sleeper sofa. Additionally, there is a collection of games and cards for your entertainment. The 58" Roku TV allows you to log into all of your favorite streaming services. High Speed WIFI is provided during your stay. ~BEDROOMS~ The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a private en-suite full bathroom. A 42" TV in the master bedroom allows you to log into your favorite streaming services. The secondary bedroom also features a comfortable king- size bed. Both bedrooms offer closets with hangers, side tables and a six-drawer dresser for your belongings. The king beds are furnished with high-quality memory foam mattresses. ~BATHROOMS~ Both full bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. They are each stocked with makeup towels, a hand towel and single use shower essentials (body soap, shampoo/conditioner). ~HALLWAY~ In the hallway, you'll find a linen closet stocked with bath towels, beach towels, a first aid kit, hair dryer and additional bathroom necessities. For your convenience, there's a washer and dryer with two laundry pods provided per stay. A iron/ironing board, portable box fan, and a beach tote will be located in the laundry room as well. ~KITCHEN~ The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials. A full-size refrigerator with an ice machine and filtered water dispenser is available. There is a Keurig available to you with a few coffee pods supplied per stay. A sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods and additional garbage bags will be stored under the sink. ~DINING~ The dining table seats six guests and there are four barstools sat at the peninsula. ~PORCH~ Step outside the kitchen's side door onto the furnished side porch, creating a cozy spot to relax. ~LOCATION/ACTIVITIES~ In terms of location and activities, you'll find plenty to explore. The home is only one block away from the lagoon and a short five minute drive or 1.5-mile walk to the nearest public beach access. Within a half-mile walk, you can visit 'Off the Hook,' a popular spot on the lagoon offering live music, great food, and a fantastic atmosphere. This location also has a large dock with a hub for pontoon and jet ski rentals, charter fishing trips, dolphin tours, and a shuttle to shell island. Several beautiful marinas nearby offer various charter trips, sunset cruises, and guided tours. If you're interested in biking, bike rentals are available just one mile away on Thomas Drive. St. Andrews State Park, just a short 2.2-mile drive, offers breathtaking scenery, crystal-clear blue water, and activities such as walking the pier, snorkeling, and renting kayaks and paddleboards. The park features abundant wildlife, and dolphins are frequently spotted in the area, both at the park and on shell island. For all your grocery needs, there is a Publix 0.4 miles away and a Winn Dixie 0.3 miles away. If you don’t like to cook on vacation, don't worry - you won't run out of options of where to eat because there are twenty restaurants/bars located within one mile of the home. Nearby, you'll find free pickleball courts, Shipwrecked water park, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, Wonderworks, and Coconut Creek's family fun park, which offers a combination of mini-golf and a maze for an exciting experience. If you're up for a more touristy adventure, take an 8-mile drive to the west end of PCB and visit Pier Park. This massive outdoor complex offers extensive shopping opportunities, dining at the famous Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, a Ferris wheel ride, games at Dave and Buster's, and even a movie theater. Pier Park also features a spacious walkable pier, numerous bars, and restaurants to suit various tastes. ~AIRPORT~ The local airport, ECP is located 22 miles away. Guest access This property is a duplex. Guests will have full and private access to the right side of the home. The Yale keyless smart lock will have a new and unique entry code with each new booking for guest safety and convenience. Other things to note To ensure the well-being of all guests and maintain a pleasant experience, smoking or the use of tobacco products and marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the property. Pets are not allowed during your stay. Please be advised that failure to adhere to these rules will result in a fine of $300 with each offense.
