On the ground floor, you'll find an inviting open-plan living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a large Tv, and a delightful dining area. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room with a toilet on this floor. Ascend the internal staircase to the upper floor, where two bedrooms await, both furnished with cozy double beds featuring comfortable Coco-Mat mattresses. These bedrooms share a modern shower room with a toilet. Stepping outside, you'll be greeted by a picturesque patio adorned with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. For added convenience, there is also a third shower room with a washing machine and a dryer. The villa is equipped with individual air conditioning units, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate, and offers fast internet WiFi coverage throughout the property.
