Beach House Retreat with Firepit and Game Room

Our beach home is just across from Lake Michigan and a 4-minute walk to the public beach, set on 1.5 acres of lush greenery and mature trees. Chicago and Milwaukee are about an hour away; the Navy Base is 30 minutes. Enjoy the fire pit, outdoor games, or game room, cook in a well-equipped kitchen, and sleep soundly on memory foam beds with high-thread-count sheets. Nearby: golf, shopping, trails, restaurants, bars, and family-friendly fun. The space Newly updated, tastefully decorated, this amazing home has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Beds are all memory foam, all high thread count cotton sheets, non toxic bath spa products and cleaning supplies are used throughout the home. Kitchen, which is fully equipped with oven, toaster, water kettle, dishwasher, Reverse Osmosis (RO) drinking water, chef’s knives and all non-toxic PFAS free cooking pots/utensils. We are coffee lovers, so there’s a Keurig coffee maker and a French press. Please ask and we will set up our pour over set for you including a burr coffee grinder and scale to satisfy all preferences. Outdoor you will find a wrap around deck with a Weber grill and plenty of seating areas including a porch swing, dining table and a huge fire pit area with adirondack chairs for the entire group. There’s an indoor fireplace to cozy up next to in the large family room. We have a heated gaming room garage with bar seating, foosball, 18 ft shuffleboard, a Ping Pong table and axe throwing set. There are yard games available including soccer, cornhole and bocce ball. For summer months we provide a beach umbrella (tent), 2 coolers (small or large), beach towels, chairs, blanket and beach wagon to haul it all. There are kids toys and games for your convenience as well, including sand toys. A pack and play, 2 booster dining chairs, baby monitor, Dohm white noise machine and a blender are also provided. We will consider any reasonable request to make your stay the most comfortable as well. Guest access The whole place is yours to use except small garage which will be locked during your stay. We also have a few storage spaces inside the home market “private” or “cleaning crew” which are off limits. Other things to note Please note the 2 ring cameras which we use to monitor both entries to the home and the driveway in full compliance with Airbnb’s rules. One located above door on main garage and a second one on small garage in the back yard. There are no indoor cameras.
