The main house has 1 suite, 2 bedrooms (suite with fireplace, air conditioning, sofa bed, closet), 1 bathroom, TV room with fireplace and sofa bed, dining room, pantry and kitchen. All rooms have a double bed. (being the queen bed suite with sofa bed) The living room has a double sofa bed. The kitchen has a 5-burner stove, French door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, two tables, one with 6 chairs and one with 4, gas barbecue, ice machine (Ice maker), wine cellar, electric bread maker, multiprocessor, espresso machine (including cappuccino), utensils for preparing Japanese food, pantry, electric and gas oven and complete infrastructure to prepare and serve food for 20 people. In the leisure area, the site has a 72 m² swimming pool with LED lighting, table, chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, umbrellas, shower and area for bonfires. The auxiliary house has a large living room with TV, videoke, sound system and lighting for parties. Access to the site is via a municipal road, a stretch of 9 km, 40% paved and 60% dirt. Good and well maintained road. We are located 35 km from Monte Verde and 30 km from Gonçalves
