Completely remodeled 2nd floor studio apartment located inside The Historical Stahl House building in the heart of Old Town Mankato. This special place is great for a short visit or extended stay and is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The studio apartment is a corner unit on the 2nd floor of the Stahl House. It is quaint and cozy with a view of the south end of the city. There is a Queen size bed, smart TV, Wi Fi, bathroom, kitchen, microwave, and cooking essentials. Easily check yourself in with the smart lock key pad and then explore down town and as there is so much to do within walking distance. There is a laundry Room in the basement with coin operated machines if you would like to wash your laundry during your stay. If you need a quick bite, an ice cold beer or delicious glass of wine, the staff at The Wine Cafe on the 1st floor would be happy to accommodate. The Stahl House building is in the heart of Old Town Mankato across the street from the Ardent Mills painted silos. We are 2 blocks from The Civic Center, 4 blocks from Riverfront Park and 5 blocks from Entertainment Alley. There are many restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops to enjoy along with river walking, kayaking, and bike trails etc. Mankato is rich in art and culture and full of history. The Stahl House is within walking distance of downtown. However, if you need transportation, Mankato does have a city bus, cab services, Uber and Lyft. For the city bus, download 'Bus Mankato,' a live bus tracker app to help reach your destination on time. The app helps pinpoint Mankato buses and view scheduled stops using real-time information. Included is a trip planner, schedule information, and a link to transit routes. The Stahl House is a secure building and an access code is required to enter. You will receive a temporary access code to enter the building and the apartment prior to check-in
